Xi Sui Jing

Build the inner cauldron and forge Marrow and Brain health

Xi Sui Jing relates to Marrow and Brain cleansing Qi wash"Xi Sui Jing", Originaly translated as Bone marrow cleansing, is a Qigong practice originating from the Shaolin Temple in China. It's believed to be a method for rejuvenating and maintaining bone marrow health, which is thought to be connected to overall vitality and longevity. The practice involves specific breathing techniques and movements, including what's called "Qi Lifting" which is believed to circulate energy to cleanse and strengthen the body's internal organs.

Modern Practice:
Xi Sui Jing is now taught and practiced by various martial arts and Qigong practitioners globally. Xi means “to wash” or “to clean.” Sui includes Gu Sui, which means “bone marrow,” and Nao Sui, which refers to the brain— including cerebrum, cerebellum, and medulla oblongata. Jing means “classic.” This work is commonly translated “Marrow Cleansing Classic,” but “Brain/Marrow Cleansing Classic” is a more accurate translation. This is my construct for ‘Dragon Fire’ formed from past training knowledge. It delves deep into holding postures to build energy into the marrow and then draws this infused energy up the spine into the brain.

Ba Duan Jin

12 meridian pathways that are an 'Qi-Jing' connect to our Viscera.

Ba Duan Jin (eight method essence) connects to
12 Earthly Branches (Meridians)
Dragon Fire Qigong: incorporates this form into the chronological sense of awareness training. Being of the development of the Spirit Self (Taji Pole-our spirit and essence) represents now as our body forming within this system of growth and energy.
This growth and energy connects through what is deemed in “Chinese Theory” TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) and Qigong energy pathways, these that became a structured process as our body forged from seed to living self.
So, through our 12 Earthly Branches (Meridians) as these energy pathways constructed the flow of harmony and balance, between Vital body organs and the systems that connect the growing of the person, we became better balanced.

Shibashi

Forge the inner balance of Blood Xue and Mind Qi

Shibashi Dragon Fire; forms the seed (foetus) within the Mother Host Tiger. With an 18 movement structure, to build and reveal the making of the infant child (foetus) within the Mother host-tiger, and is grown to become, our body of energy platformed into an understanding, of why and how our body is grown. So as to recognise developing structure form and within Dragon Fire story reveals a connection to what we are to become. Follow the forms to be this construct of energy platform- this is our body- mind- calm and forming a fusion. Modern Qigong.

Liu He Gong

Six directions of energy connects to universe within body movements

Liu He Gong translates to six directions (Liu He) these six directions around the person {upward, downward, east, west, south, north} are practiced in exercise (gong) It is an ancient Chinese health cultivation practice. Influenced by Daoist practice and Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), in modern times it has been further developed by experts in the “Shanghai Qigong Research Institute in China).

Liu He (six-unity) can be split into three-unity of the interior and three-unity of the exterior. Exterior refers to the physical coordination of the three spatial dimensions (up-down, left-right, back-front) these movements act to regulate the mind, body and breath. Do this by concentrating on the movement, breath and calmness of mind.

With practice the second step three-unity of interior, naturally unifies (Intention, Qi, and spirit). Thus when we combined (exterior to interior) we find unity and balance.

Yi Jin Jing

Forge the warming muscle tendon deeper in the self

Yi Jin Jing

This form is to hone the energy of muscles and tendons into changing from weak to healthier. Yi means ‘to change’s alter’, Jin refers to muscle tendon’, Jing is in this reference to ‘classic’. There are many distinct styles. DFQ is a construct of mine. Formulated to unit in construct with my Chi Boxing and Qigong styles. As Yi Jin Jing is a Qigong training theory, which is able to improve your physical body, naturally. These methods are also very effective in maintaining your physical health. In order to reach this goal, the physical body must be stimulated and exercised, and the Qi in the energy body must be regulated.
