About
Xi Sui Jing: Marrow and Brain cleansing Qi wash originally translated as bone marrow cleansing, is a Qigong practice originating from the Shaolin Temple in China. It's believed to be a method for rejuvenating and maintaining bone marrow health, which is thought to be connected to overall vitality and longevity. The practice involves specific breathing techniques and movements, including what's called "Qi Lifting" which is believed to circulate energy to cleanse and strengthen the body's internal organs. This is my construct for ‘Dragon Fire’ formed from past training knowledge. It delves deep into holding postures to build energy into the marrow and then draws this infused energy up the spine into the brain. Origin and Purpose: Xi Sui Jing is a Shaolin Qigong technique designed to cleanse and nourish the bone marrow, which is seen as the source of new blood cell production and overall vitality .
