Yi Jin Jing

This form is to hone the energy of muscles and tendons into changing from weak to healthier. Yi means ‘to change’s alter’, Jin refers to muscle tendon’, Jing is in this reference to ‘classic’. There are many distinct styles. DFQ is a construct of mine. Formulated to unit in construct with my Chi Boxing and Qigong styles. As Yi Jin Jing is a Qigong training theory, which is able to improve your physical body, naturally. These methods are also very effective in maintaining your physical health. In order to reach this goal, the physical body must be stimulated and exercised, and the Qi in the energy body must be regulated. Yi Jin Jing Muscle/Tendon Changing Qigong
